Returns Policy

At FellPrint, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products as outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window: You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, new condition (including packaging) and show no signs of wear.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Exchanges: We also accept exchanges under the same conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@fellprint.com with:

  • Order number
  • Whether you’d like a return or exchange, plus a brief note on the reason (optional)
  • Photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective

Return Shipping & Label

We’ll provide you with a downloadable and printable free return shipping label. Once approved, simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off with the indicated carrier.

Refund & Exchange Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Refunds: Issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges: Send out the replacement item within 2 days of receiving your return, subject to stock availability.

No restocking fees apply.
